A valid driver's licence, a vehicle rated to tow at least 2,000 lb, a 2" ball hitch, and a 4-pin flat wiring connector. We'll do a quick hitch check at pickup.
Optional insurance is available for an added daily fee at pickup — ask about coverage and pricing when you book.
Pickup and return is at a set location in the Oakville/Burlington area, shared once your booking is confirmed. Flexible pickup windows most days.
Just message ahead of your return time — if the trailer isn't booked next, extending is easy at the same day rate.
A 50% deposit is collected at pickup (e-transfer or cash) and is applied directly toward your rental cost — the remaining balance is due when you drop the trailer back off.
Yes — every rental includes a full-size spare wheel and mount, already attached to the trailer at pickup.
